Our journal Exploration of Foods and Foodomics is pleased to announce the winners of the Highly Cited Paper Award 2025. This year, the award is presented to the outstanding articles from Special Issues titled "Delivery of Hydrophobic Compounds in Food Systems" . We wish to congratulate the awardees and sincerely thank all contributors for their invaluable contributions.

Criteria for Selection and Award:

 The articles are published in 2024-2025.

 Both regular and Special Issue submissions will be considered;

 Citations will be counted according to Web of Science in 2025.

Rewards

 The Author team: a monetary reward of 500 USD; the certificate of Highly Cited Paper Award; one-time 100% APC waiver.

 The corresponding Guest Editor team: a monetary reward of 200 USD.
