We are delighted to announce that Exploration of Immunology (EI) has received its CiteScore 2024 from Scopus: 1.5, reflecting an increase compared to the previous year (CiteScore 2023: 1).

This progress speaks to the journal’s steadily expanding academic influence and growing visibility in the global immunology community. The CiteScore, which places emphasis on research based contributions and uses consistent time periods, offers a more stable and accurate reflection of a journal’s long-term citation impact—making this increase all the more meaningful for EI.

With Scopus indexing now secured, we remain committed to removing financial barriers by maintaining our Free Publication Policy. For a limited time—currently extended until 31 March 2026—authors can publish with us free of charge. Authors submitting during this period may be eligible for publication discounts in the future. We have also launched the Highly Cited Paper Award to recognize outstanding research and encourage continued excellence.
