    The Young Editorial Board (YEB) of Exploration of Foods and Foodomics (EFF) comprises dynamic early-career researchers with high potential in food science and foodomics. The YEB strengthens journal operations through active participation in peer review processes, identification of emerging research trends, and collaboration with Associate Editors and Editorial Board Members. They contribute fresh perspectives to the journal's development while gaining hands-on experience in academic publishing. Appointed for an initial two-year term, YEB membership reflects the journal's commitment to fostering the next generation of scholarly quality guardians in academic publishing.
