Exploration of Asthma & Allergy (eISSN 2837-5076), is a peer-reviewed, open access online journal. The journal is a multidisciplinary journal that intends to publish papers of the highest quality, significance and innovativeness in all aspects of Asthma & Allergy.

Priority is given to work providing innovative and original data or views in the field of molecular and immune mechanisms; molecular, functional and clinical diagnosis, management and treatment of asthma and related disorders. Special Interests will focus on allergic and immunological diseases of Upper Airways, Gastrointestinal Tract, Skin, Eye, Allergen specific ImmunoTherapy, and other disease modifying treatments, etc.

Multidisciplinary views concerning Asthma & Allergic diseases diagnosis/management and treatment will be highly considered.

Exploration of Asthma & Allergy is the official journal of the Italian Society of Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology (SIAAIC). The journal will publish the SIAAIC's guidelines aperiodically. 

The SIAAIC, founded in 1953, is a scientific society strongly rooted in the Italian National territory, with over 1600 active members who work in university, hospital and clinic structures.

The main purpose of the SIAAIC is to promote the diffusion of Allergology and Clinical Immunology as an independent discipline, through targeted training actions, promotion of knowledge of Allergology and Clinical Immunology, support for patient associations. These objectives are achieved by offering its members – one third of whom are Junior members, under 35 years of age – the possibility of taking part in various training events, webinar through the Siaaic Channel, and at the annual National Congress.

Furthermore, many active SIAAIC members are world-renowned scientists and contribute to increasing knowledge in Allergology and Clinical Immunology, in the international scientific community.

Exploration of Asthma & Allergy is a bimonthly journal and published in February, April, June, August, October, December. All accepted articles will be published immediately after production. Readers can access the content as quickly as possible, and the paper can be cited immediately.

The journal provides immediate open access to all published content. Everyone can enjoy free and unrestricted use of these published content under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY) license. More information can be found at Open Access.

All the articles of the journal are published under the CC BY license to further facilitate open access and improve the academic exchange among researchers. Under this license, authors retain the copyright and full publishing rights without restrictions, and they agree to make their original works completely available and free to use, copy and redistribute in all formats without permission as long as the authors and the original source are properly cited.

The journal adopts a single-blind peer review.
