We are pleased to share that Exploration of Digestive Diseases (EDD) expanded its international reach through outstanding promotional efforts by Prof. Nahum Mendez-Sanchez at two major medical conferences in late 2025.
From November 14–18, 2025, Prof. Mendez-Sanchez presented EDD at the Asociación Mexicana de Gastroenterología (AMG) held at the Veracruz World Trade Center in Boca del Río, Mexico. This is one of the most significant gatherings of digestive disease specialists in Latin America, drawing approximately 2,960 clinicians and researchers from Mexico and abroad. His presentation introduced the EDD journal’s mission, recent progress, and scope to an engaged audience of gastroenterologists and hepatologists, helping to raise EDD’s profile in a broad clinical and academic community.
On December 18, 2025, Prof. Mendez-Sanchez also delivered a keynote presentation at the Educational Symposium: The Future of Obesity and Cardiorespiratory-Hepatometabolic Syndrome in Madrid, Spain, where he introduced EDD to an international audience of researchers and clinicians working in obesity, metabolic syndrome, and related disorders. This outreach further contributed to raising EDD’s visibility across global scientific communities.
These high-visibility presentations have significantly elevated EDD’s recognition among global specialists in gastroenterology, hepatology, obesity, and cardiometabolic research etc.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Prof. Nahum Mendez-Sanchez for his dedication and exceptional promotion for EDD on the international stage.
We warmly invite all Editorial Board Members and Guest Editors to join similar promotional activities to further enhance the global visibility and scientific influence of Exploration of Digestive Diseases. The Editorial Office stands ready to support your outreach efforts in every way.
