We are pleased to share that Prof. Valderílio Feijó Azevedo, a distinguished Editorial Board Member and Guest Editor of Exploration of Musculoskeletal Diseases (EMD), actively promoted EMD and his special issues at the 9th Brazilian Forum on Pharmacoeconomics and Health Innovation, held on April 10–11, 2026, in Curitiba, Brazil.

Serving as the Forum President, Prof. Azevedo utilized this prestigious national platform to introduce two Special Issues he has organized for EMD, including the successfully completed collection titled "Biosimilars: State of the Art in the Treatment of Rheumatic Diseases", and the newly launched issue, "Pharmacoeconomics of Biopharmaceuticals in Autoimmune Diseases". By showcasing these issues, Prof. Azevedo invited the attending scientific community to engage with EMD’s publication platform and contribute to its growing body of research.

In addition, Prof. Azevedo provided an overview of EMD, including its scope, time-limited No APC policy, and commitment to publishing high-quality research in the field of musculoskeletal diseases. His presentation effectively enhanced the journal’s visibility and engagement within the academic community.
