 Hypermobility Questionnaire.

ItemQuestion
The Hypermobility Questionnaire consists of 5 questions about current and past symptoms:
1Can you, or have you ever been able to, place your hands flat on the floor without bending your knees?
2Can you, or have you ever been able to, bend your thumb towards your forearm?
3As a child, did you amuse your friends by contorting your body into strange shapes, or were you able to do the splits?
4As a child or teenager, did you dislocate your shoulder or kneecap more than once?
5Do you consider yourself twice as flexible as other people?

At least 2 positive answers are considered an indicator of JHS (sensitivity 80–85%) [5].
