There are rare reports in the pediatric literature. Early diagnosis and management with surgery represent the primary therapeutic approach, complemented by corticosteroid therapy and long-term follow-up to prevent relapse. In addition, novel biologic therapies have been investigated in recent years for the treatment of allergic fungal rhinosinusitis. Here, we report the case of a child with allergic fungal rhinosinusitis and summarize the literature review of data published. ER -
